Q: Mac No Bootable Device

Whenever I try to start up my mac I get No Bootable Device -- Insert boot disk and press any key I tried to use Alt during startup but that didn't work and I Also tried Command Alt P R but that also didn't work either. Any Help?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

Was your Windows installation aborted in the middle of the install? If takes 4-5 reboots to finish the installation of Windows on a Mac.

NVRAM didn't do anything at all as in it didn't do a thing or change a thing

Can you use OS X: Installing OS X on an external volume - Apple Support and install on an external volume and boot from it? This would allow inspection and possible corrections of the internal disk?

Can you get to Internet Recovery - Command+Opt+R when you power up your Mac - it should start with a spinning globe?

Not working mostly because either my keyboard is being ignored or its because I start up in a black screen and then it says no bootable device

Power down your Mac, hold Command+Opt+R and power up your Mac, if you can. Do you see a spinning globe?
