Q: how to create Apple I.D. without credit card details

I recently purchased a Iphone and want to create Apple I.D. but i don't have credit card details at the moment. When i am trying to connect on App Store from my Iphone, its asking for credit card details which i don't have. Please let me know how to ignore that page. Thanks
