Q: iPad can't connect to App Store.

iPad won't connect to the App Store at all. It's not my wifi because iPad mini works just fine. I have tried changing the date, hard reset, logging out then logging back in, and still nothing! Any ideas?

iPad, iOS 6.1.3

I Read and read and read suggestion after suggestion. I tried signing in and out. Then I read your suggestion of powering down and rebooting before i tried signing in again AND IT ACTUALLY WORKED. THANK YOU!!!!

I'm having the same issue after upgrading to 9.0.2. I've tried all the suggestions in this thread without any luck. Anyone else have this issue and find a solution?
