May 25, 2015 12:26 AM in response to kiyobashiby kiyobashi,Ive also tried signing out of iCloud, Enabling/disabling bluetooth, Using Ethernet or WiFi, and forwarding ports on the router.
Nothing seems to help. IT used to work before I upgraded to Yosemite but I hadnt used it in a long time so that is not necessarily the problem!

May 25, 2015 3:46 PM in response to kiyobashiby Linc Davis,First, you don't need to forward any ports, so if you've done that, undo it.
Can you receive calls from anyone when signed in with either of your ID's?

May 28, 2015 9:07 AM in response to Linc Davisby kiyobashi,I cant receive calls from anyone when signed into any account on my Mac Mini (Have tried three different itunes accounts that work fine with FaceTime other devices in our home)
If I sign the same accounts into an iPad or iPhone they can make and receive calls with any other device (Just cant receive calls on the Mac Mini)
Ive just realised that the issue is not just on the Mac Mini. Im having the exact same problem with my 2013 MacBook Air (Also 10.10.3). Can make but not receive calls.....

May 29, 2015 9:01 AM in response to kiyobashiby Linc Davis,Schedule a call from Apple Support by clicking the Support link at the top of this page. If you select "Apple ID" as the product you need help with, you may not be charged for the call. The first-tier support representative probably won't know how to solve the problem, so you have to be patient.
