May 25, 2015 5:51 PM in response to vazandrewby mgruhn,The computer tells me it has been successfully restored, but when I plug it into the television, it gives me the image that suggests that I need to plug it in to itunes and restore it (again). May 26, 2015 4:44 AM in response to mgruhnby laurap1996,If you have tried restoring and the iTunes logo is appearing you could try to update your iTunes or check for updates when the apple tv is connected or take it into an apple store or a apple authorised service centre.
