May 19, 2015 4:31 AM in response to Shareef12by FelipeV,If you had it fixed by an unauthorized "local" provider you have voided all help form Apple. Take it back to whomever "fixed" it. Apple will never touch that phone.

May 19, 2015 5:12 AM in response to Lajithby kb1951,You cannot fix water damage. An iPhone is not meant to serviced by the user. Take to an Apple Store for an out of warranty replacement. If your touch screen is not working, how did you determine that everything else was working? You can't access anything without the touch screen working.

An iPhone that is ineligible for warranty service may be eligible for out-of-warranty (OOW) service. For example, an iPhone that has failed due to damage or liquid damage is ineligible for warranty service but may be eligible for OOW service. However, certain damage is ineligible for OOW service, including catastrophic damage, such as the device separating into multiple pieces, and inoperability caused by unauthorized modifications. Please see Apple's Repair Terms and Conditions for further details. Refer to this article to check if the Liquid Contact indicator on your product has been triggered.
