Q: How do you manage your payment method

i change day password to my apple id and when I try to download an app, a box pops up and says "PAYMENT TYPE, PayPal is not supported on this device. To manage or change your payment method, go to the iTunes Store on your computer." then after that it said this in red "You must verify your payment info before you can make purchases" I tried but it still didn't do anything.
