Q: Can't delete songs from iPhone 5S


I have some songs on my phone that I can't delete no matter what I try.  Please help.

    I understand that you would like to delete music from your iPhone. I know you also state that you have tried several different steps, but some music will not delete. The attached article below describes how to delete music from your iPhone.

    If this method is not working, can you please describe your situation in more detail? Where did this music come from that will not delete from your iPhone; was it purchased, come from a CD on your computer, or maybe a different computer? Is the music from multiple artists or albums or just one? What happens when you try to delete the music as described in the article?
