Q: How do I report a scam or phishing claiming to be apple?
SO I am surfing on tumblr, when I click on a link. All of a sudden this additional other website pops up Http//.www.22byt.com and safari freezes. I can't close safari. I read a message saying that a web program is trying to access my photos and steal pictures and information and to call 1 844 608 4612 for immediate apple support. And not to close safari. I tried to close safari it would not. I am like What? So I call the number some one picks up claiming to be apple support desk or something...I get hit with a brain freeze because something doesn't feel right, so I manage to ask where are you located?... and the guy hangs up... I call back the very same number and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. So I shut off my internet just incase the guy is able to somehow get into my system somehow. Then I shut down my mac book, then I put it on again. The OS asked me if I wanted to open the previous windows I said no....So should I take my mac book in to be checked out by apple. And how do I prevent this from happening again.
MacBook Pro (17-inch Late 2011), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

Delete cookies and cache and you should be OK. If it returns, we may need you to check for adware:
