This is a very annoying text when you receive it but there is a simple solution.
If you remember who sent it to you, go into Notes, type a simple message like Fix. Then tap the little box that with an arrow in it (the "Export" icon) and tap "Messages" or "iMessage" (depending on what your device refers to it as). Then send that message to the person that sent it to you, or who you sent it to etc. then you should be able to access your iMessage's again to go and delete the message.
