You will need to either copy a valid os from some hd to your hd or acquire a cd / dvd.
Restore Tiger 10.4 & Leopard 10.5 DVDs are available from Apple by calling 1(800) 275-2273. Have your serial number ready. Have your credit card ready too. There may be a small fee.

reload mosx tiger for operations ... thanks again for efforts

Jun 1, 2015 8:38 AM in response to davidfixitshopby rccharles,Sometimes with a paperclip you can find the manual eject tab. It will be all the way to the right in a slot loading cd/dvd drive. It will be inside of the slot.

power off your machine. hold down your left mouse button. power on your machine. This should eject the cd.

PPC macs
On a PowerPC-based Macintosh (but not an Intel-based Macintosh), you may use Open Firmware to eject a CD or DVD disc when normal methods for ejecting it have not succeeded.
Immediately after the startup sound, press and hold the key combination Command-Option-o-f. Enter commands:
eject cd
mac-boot
