Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you changed the password for your iCloud Apple ID and not you are not able to log into iTunes. There is a possibility that you have a different Apple IDs for the different services. For information on how you could have a different Apple ID for iTunes and iCloud, please read over the attached article.
