select the photos in Photos and export (file menu ==> export) to the desired location

You can make an album of the photos you want and then select all in that album and export

There is no list view in Photos, but the companion application PowerPhotos can give you a list view for your photos Library. You can sort this list by more metadata than you can sort the photos in Photos, for example by filename.
