Q: couldn't log in apple tv, network and account are fine

It said username or password incorrect, however i've never changed password and it works fine on other device. Still can't work now.

somebody help! I have plenty of purchased movie, and tv series

    When having issues with your Apple TV, the following Knowledge Base article offers up some great, in-depth steps for working through most issues:

     

    Apple TV: Basic troubleshooting - Apple Support

     

    Check the connections and inputs

    1. Make sure the cables between your Apple TV, AV receiver (if used), and TV are connected properly.
    2. Securely connect the power cords for your Apple TV, AV receiver (if used), and TV to a working power source.
    3. Turn on your TV and switch it to the correct input on your AV receiver or television.
    4.  Restart your Apple TV, your television, and AV receiver.
