    Likely a failed HD. When posting please post specifics, telling us "now i cannot boot using any key combo" tells us nothing.

     

    Run Apple's Hardware Test in extended mode 2-3 times back to back, if errors appear take the machine to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider. If you don't know where one is, please click https://locate.apple.com/country  to locate one in your general area.
