Q: How to ask apple for devices to review

I just wanted to know if it is able to ask apple for a free I-Phone to review on a Youtube channel and if it is, how do you ask them to do that ?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

The problem is that I live in Greece and there is no Apple Store or anything
