Q: Where is Ringtone Library?

After sending Ringtone from Garageband to iTunes the song opens on iTunes nd plays but it is nowhere to be found.  Garageband Help says it is in the Ringtone library on iTunes but I can't find it.  I also don't know how to send the Ringtone to my iPhone 5c as I don't see a sync button anywhere.  What do I need to do to get my ringtone from Garageband to my iPhone?  Step by step help would be appreciated.
