Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.
From your post I see that you have enabled VoiceOver, an Accessibility feature, by accident. To turn it off you can either click the home button three times, or disable the feature in iTunes.
Managing Accessibility features using iTunes
- Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to any computer with iTunes installed.
- In iTunes, select your device.
- From the Summary pane, click > Configure Universal Access in the Options section at the bottom.
- Select the feature you would like to use and click OK.
Use Accessibility features in iOS - Apple Support
Have a good one,
Alex H.
