May 28, 2015 2:48 AM in response to brucenmacby D.Cohen,Turn your watch off and back on. If this does not help, press and hold the side button and the Digital Crown for 10 seconds or more, until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

If you've tried all the basic troubleshooting to no avail, it's time to make use of the warranty. Either call Apple or make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store.

Jun 29, 2015 9:40 PM in response to D.Cohenby ChickenPoPie,★HelpfulI did what D.Cohen had done which was power off both my iPhone 6 and the Watch. I then powered up the iPhone 6 first followed by the Watch and let them connect. However, Siri/dictation worked only on the iPhone 6 at first but not on the Watch. I then went into my iPhone 6 Settings>General>Siri and disabled and then re-enabled Siri again. I then was able to dictate and use Siri on my Watch again.

Sep 26, 2015 11:16 AM in response to brucenmacby Kenneth Collins1,There really needs to be a way to use Apple Watch without resetting it over and over again. Someone released the watch before the software was ready.

If you have to reset it over and over, there's something wrong with your watch. I've had mine since launch and have never had to reset it that I can recall.
