Perhaps there are (or will be) third party devices that can transmit sleep data to the iPhone via Bluetooth.

there will be third part apps that can help track sleeping patterns through your apple watch just like sleep cycle does with you Iphone. But currently the fit bit can send sleep data to the health app on your IPhone.

I sync from a FitBit Charge I wear to monitor sleep. You can also enter it manually.

There seem to be several other devices that can report sleep data to the health app.  iHealth (or it may have been someone else not sure now) has a sleep device/system that sounded sort of interesting, but was pricier than I what I was willing to spend on something to track sleep (I already know I don't sleep well).  It not only tracks how many hours you get but also how restless you are, and I think it might also provide aids to get to sleep (but not sure about that).  I have both an iHealth scale and blood pressure monitor, so noticed it in passing.  If I hadn't gotten the Apple Watch, I most likely would have gotten one of the FitBit devices, but now I won't since the Apple Watch more closely matches my want list.

Fitbit does not sync with Apple health. I don't want another app or program. So as of now nothing works.

Simple app called Sync solver syncs the data.

If you're unwilling to use another app such as the many, many sleep monitoring programs available in the App Store, you'll have to enter your data manually.

Just went looking and found that iHealth tracks sleep with a fitness device, much like Fitbit does, but I know that it will sync with Apple's help.  The expensive system I had noticed that sounded nice is made by Withings.  It will require a new app, but that app can sync with Apple Health and so you can see it on your dashboard there.  All of the 3rd party sleep trackers seem to work like that.
