so it means nothing related to the country provider

Jun 7, 2015 1:45 PM in response to Radhwan hamedby Niel,Yes, it does. FaceTime is being provided by your iPhone's normal carrier, and therefore won't be available if the iPhone is used on another network; click here and read the note at the bottom of the page.
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates don't allow FaceTime at all.
