I'm using for now is iTunes i'll try everything still there is NO select option NONE in payments method.... please help me ASAP.... what the things i can do to create my account in apple?

You cannot use the Apple ID you tried to create already. You will have to create a new one, using the instructions in the support document that I provided you. That is the only way to create one without a payment method. All the instructions are contained there.
