Were you able to download the digital booklet with your computer?
iTunes Store: Frequently Asked Questions for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
I purchased an album on my iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch that contained a music video and a digital booklet. Where did it go?
Bonus items, such as music videos, will download directly to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Digital booklets are available in your download queue when you log in to the iTunes Store on your computer. Find more information about syncing digital booklets.
See if that works for you.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

Jun 9, 2015 2:55 AM in response to Nubz N.by dmfreck,I'd like to bump this because this is not true and the page you referenced at the top no longer exists and the second, quoted link seems outdated. How can I get the digital booklets in the modern OSX/iTunes environment, please? I can't seem to download them, and when viewing them in the store page the links are simply greyed out with no download option.

Jun 9, 2015 6:31 AM in response to dmfreckby King_Penguin,Do they not show in the purchased section for redownloading : either go to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage, or on the current version of iTunes you can click on your towards the top right of the iTunes screen and then click Purchased on the popup. Or go into iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) and on the Store tab tick the 'show iTunes in the cloud purchases' tickbox, that might get it to show in the My Music part of your library with a cloud icon against it for redownloading.
