Q: Where can I download iCloud 3.1 from?

I would like to download iCloud 3.1 from the Apple website but can't find it.

There are third party sites that have it but they are kind of suspicious.

The current version of iCloud for Windows is 4.1 you can only download it officially from Apple here:
Download iCloud for Windows - Apple Support

You cannot download previous versions from Apple.
