Q: BlueScreen Error Code with Windows 7 Home Premium

When I first got Windows 7 on my iMac, it was running great (I was playing Tera for a couple of hours with no issues). Now, it crashes after playing for five minutes, and results in a BlueScreen error when the computer is started up again. The screen doesn't actually turn blue, it just freezes up and I have to shut the computer down manually. I checked for corrupt drivers, and I have two corrupt drivers, though I'm not sure if this would actually fix the problem... Those drivers are: Intel(R) 5 Series/3400 Series Chipset Family USB Universal Host Controller - 3B3B and Intel(R) 5 series/3400 Series Chipset Family USB Universal Host Controller - 3B36.

I've ran troubleshoot several times, to no avail. It never fixes these drivers.

Now, keep in mind, I don't have anything plugged into the USB ports, so could this really be causing my issue? Once the crash takes place again, I'l copy down the problem code, and paste it on here if it's needed. I've noticed that this is a somewhat common issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

-Sara
