Apr 22, 2013 8:48 AM in response to blondieblue227by blondieblue227,the griffin stick won't be availble for a few months.
i'm returning my ipad.
i also feel bad because the guy at the apple store was great. very respectful and kind. he took the time to find the 'pinch' feature.
it's still blowing my mind, no big company is producing these and the three disabled tech labs i've called know nothing.
i can't believe the ipad (before ipad even. touchscreen) has been out for this long and a mouth stick doesn't exsist!
(and yep. it's still no. i'm not making my own anti-static sock stylus. it'd have to have wire that goes in my mouth. i'm not having that. plus i'm sure a makeshift stick would break in a week.)

Jun 3, 2014 1:35 PM in response to blondieblue227by oranje7,Hi there!
There are better ways to use an iPad now if you are unable to access the touch screen. In iOS7, Apple incorporated Switch Control that allows you to access and control the iPad with a variety of assistive devices. This one allows you to use any switch or the driving controls of the weelchair to control the iPad. Check it out:

Hope this helps!

Aug 21, 2015 6:32 AM in response to blondieblue227by Genius8,★HelpfulHello,
have a look at the german Site www.mundstab.de.
The headpointer stick is great. You can clip it on a cap or on glasses.
The stick is adjustable by yourself and every time.
The capazitive tip can move to find the right angle to touch the screen. So you can use it from nearly ever position in front of the screen.
The mouthstick is also good. It is build with dentical material for the moutpiece.
And, it is adjusatable, too. It is verry lightweight, also, only 8 gramm.
