Q: customer support
Two months ago i never had a problem with Apple. Now i have had multiple issues with billing and i get an email from customer support. AN EMAIL. WTH? in the past two months, the customer support totally blows. i actually am considering going back to windows / microsoft over the poor customer support. If i am paying a company money don't send me a fricken email to respond to my concerns.
the customer service totally ***** anymore.
previously when i bought things and there wasn't money in my account, a notice used to appear saying to add funds. now they want a credit debit card "for identity verification." no thats bs they want it to bill. i don't feel the need to provide financial info when i can use got cards with all the hacking and identity theft. this is BS.
would appreciate any suggestions.
