Q: How to install Package on a Different HDD (Destination)?

I have 2 Hard Drives installed in my Mac mini (one is SSD OS Installed and other is 500GB HDD). I am trying to install the MS Office (for example) or other Programs to another disc (500GB) by changing the Destination Folder., But I am getting an error  Package Can Only Be Installed on the DISK running MAC OS X.

I have tried Partitioning my Secondary Drive (500GB) with GUID Partition 1. As per the Apple's Official Documentation here. But no Luck. Any word of Advice will be appreciated.

Thanks a lot

Mac mini, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
