I have installed both suggested programs. I now see bootcamp in disk utility but still unable to mount it.
here are the results from the terminal requested:

Can you use Lost my Windows 7 Boot Camp partition after upgrading to Yosemite. Help! as a references and download Testdisk and GPT Fdisk and start a Testdisk scan? Testdisk will help locate the missing header in the gap between GPT3 and GPT4. GPT Fdisk (aka gdisk) will allow the partition headers to be corrected.
It will be a lot faster if you disconnect all external storage.

You need to use EFI GPT and /dev/rdisk0 for Testdisk.
Scroll down to the second MS Data and use 'P' to list files. You should see a screen similar to
Here is a table with your information and assuming the second MS Data to be the correct partition to be recovered.
