No, you can go into your "Recently Deleted" folder and delete them if you don't want to wait the full 30 days. You can either select a single picture and choose the "Delete" option in the bottom, left-hand corner or from the main folder, hit "Select" in the upper, right-hand corner and select all the photos that you wish to delete and this will permanently delete them.
