That's called "theft". It's not legal. You don't have a legal right to that music.

And just hope this thread does not catch the eye of Apple's Legal Dept., since misuse of a PERSONAL AppleID is grounds for termination, so that in the end neither you nor your friend will have right to the music.

You don't believe that's theft? Were you trying to give her music that you licensed, or get music that she licensed? Either way, you can't do that. It's not legal.
