Q: Slow Macbook Pro when Playing HD Videos

Hi everyone in the last few weeks i start noticing that my Macbook Pro starting to be Really Slow when i play Hd Videos/Youtube Videos and when i am Having Skype on the Fan starts and it gets really Hot i checked Activity Monitor i found Kernel_task %CPU is UP to 173 and skype %CPU is between 38 and 103 i found this weird i have tried to restart my laptop several times and no change my laptop is getting really Hot and it never used to be like this before even when i open Skype the fan start ok but it never get hot this much like now ! i have been having this Problem for using and i didn't find any solution knowing that i am having everything Updated.
my System is

MacBook Pro 15-inch, Early 2011

 

OS X   Version 10.9.5

 

Startup Disk  OS X Mavericks

 

Processor  2.2 GHz Intel Core i7

 

Memory  8GB 1333 MHz DDR3

 

I hope there is Solution for this !

    Restart the computer holding down the command - option/alt - P - R keys before the gray screen appears. Continue to hold until you hear the startup chime for the second time.

     

                                    

    Reset NVRAM/PRAM

     

    Try a SMC reset. The article covers when this is required, but doing this will not affect anything.
