You can't. Apple can't do anything about it. Your carrier may be able to blacklist it, and they can certainly cancel the service to it, but if you didn't set up iCloud on the phone and enable Find my iPhone, there is nothing you can do.
Hopefully, you at least had the good sense to set a password on the phone. If you didn't, or if your passcode was ridiculously simple to guess, then you need to change ALL of your account passwords NOW.
