Q: cannot pair bluetooth on iPhone 6 Plus

I have a new iPhone 6 Plus, 8.3 iOS and it is not pairing with my Logitec headset or my car. It has never been paired before. I have cleared the settings (reset network settings) and followed instructions found in a forum. The phone does not 'find' the Bluetooth device. It 'spins' but never identifies a device. I have followed the pairing instructions for the Logitec headset and my car. Can anyone help?

In order to pair a Bluetooth device such as your headset with your iPhone, follow the directions in this article -
