Q: I have 2 questions, 1: i had to restart my phone but i put all my photos and contacts on the cloud. My contacts are here but not my photos, how can i get them back? 2: I bought an album on itunes and it wont let me redownload it. I simply says "purchased"

I have 2 questions, 1: i had to restart my phone but i put all my photos and contacts on the cloud. My contacts are here but not my photos, how can i get them back? 2: I bought an album on itunes but lost it during the reset  and it wont let me redownload it. I simply says "purchased", i want my music. There is not an email address that i can find to contact apple support directly.

    In regard to your album, turn on settings > music > show all music, then re download the album through the music app, not the iTunes aap. In terms of photos, it would be helpful if you could tell us a bit more about what you did before restarting the device and whether you don't mean restored instead of restarted.
