Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
If I understand correctly, you currently use an iPhone 3G that is active with cellular service. When a call comes in while you are using this iPhone to wirelessly play music the music stops and you would like a way to turn off the calling features.
If this is correct, you can turn on Airplane Mode on the iPhone to disable Cellular, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. You can; however, turn the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi back on while in Airplane Mode to listen to your music wirelessly.
Please read over the attached article for information on using Airplane Mode.
Use Airplane Mode on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Best regards,
Joe
