Q: Is there a way to sell used audiobooks back through iTunes?
I loved audiobooks through iTunes but I will go broke buying all I want to listen to. Is there anyway to sell them back or transfer to other people?

No, when you buy any item (audiobook, music, film etc) they are permanently tied to the account that bought them - they can't be transferred or lent or other people, nor sold back to iTunes.
