Q: ICloud will remove pictures

I got some iCloud storage for my iPad. in Settings, iCloud, if  I click on , on  iCloud photo library it says that "photos synced on iTunes will be removed" and saying that 183 photos will be removed. I want to keep all my pictures! Will they be delete?? If not where will they be??
