Or, if none of that is possible, you will have to use a computer running iTunes and connect by the recovery mode as described in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212

Jun 18, 2015 10:58 AM in response to malou0121by Andrew B12,Hey there,
I believe that you meant to put this question in the "iPhone" section, not the Apple Remote Desktop function, but anyways
Fortunately, this is a simple fix. Look at http://apple.co/18AOKlA for instructions.
Another general rule of thumb, Googling this came up with the first result. (http://bfy.tw/PAf)
Good Luck!

Jun 18, 2015 11:07 AM in response to malou0121by Ralph Landry1,If it will not let you get passed the passcode then your option is to use the recovery mode with a computer running iTunes to clear the forgotten passcode.

Jun 18, 2015 10:31 PM in response to malou0121by arasouli,"If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device on the computer that was used to originally sync the iPhone or iPod touch so that you can reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced to the iPhone or iPod touch, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode but your data will not be present." http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212
The iPhone backup includes information such as mail settings, text messages, notes, call history, contact favorites, sound settings, widget settings, certain network settings, and other preferences including settings and data from third-party applications and photos in your camera roll. These will be restored from the backup. Your music, videos, and applications as well as your Contacts and Photo Albums will be reloaded by iTunes as they were before the restore. This article gives all the details and shows you the screens you will see during the restore: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
