Jun 19, 2015 11:52 PM in response to ThangHDby King_Penguin,For info these are user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If you've already done 'deauthorise all' within the past 12 months, and you can't individually deauthorise your computers directly on them, then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page and ask them if they can deauthorise them for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Jun 19, 2015 11:56 PM in response to ThangHDby ShadowDust99,Hi there ThangHD,
Before you get any more confused, please note that this is not Apple Support, this is merely a forum for people from around the world to come and help people like you with tricky problems they come across, yet we are not qualified support representatives, and we are not associated with Apple in any way.
Explaining everything in a reply and making it easy for you to understand, will be rather hard, but I have managed to dig up an Apple Support article that has been updated recently, so it should be what your looking for.
Have a look here: Deauthorize your computer using iTunes - Apple Support for some help on this specific issue.
If that does not help, please do not hesitate to reply, as I will be happy to continue to assist with your problem.
