Hi Allan,

I have gone through all of the advice they gave me making sure windows and itunes is upto date etc the only thing that i havent tried is changing the cable for another one, but I have been using this cable all of today to sync to comp and charge. just a bit worried because my phone is completey dead now and wont even switch on. all i have on the screen is the itunes app/logo and telling me to plug in cable
