Jun 19, 2015 9:47 AM in response to mj112123by D.Cohen,Here’s how you can manage the associated devices:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204074
You can find the devices associated with your Apple ID in iTunes using your Mac or PC:
Click to open your account in iTunes, or use these steps:
- Open iTunes, select Store - Sign In, after that enter your Apple ID and password.
- Click Store - View Account.
- Select Manage Devices in the iTunes in the Cloud section.
Next to each device, you will be able to see when it was associated with your Apple ID.

Jun 19, 2015 10:32 AM in response to mj112123by Demo,I Think that you should explain exactly what you mean by you can't connect to your account. I assume that you mean that you can't sign in and that's why you can't download, but I'm just guessing.

Jun 20, 2015 5:40 PM in response to mj112123by Demo,That's what I thought you meant but I wanted to be sure. The first two things that I would try are just to restart the iPad and see if you can sign in and if that doesn't work, force restart your iPad and then try again. If neither of those things work, post back and explain what happened when you tried.
