Q: iMac Core i3 3.06 21.5-Inch (Mid 2010): Memory PC3-12800 instead of PC3-10600

Can I install Crucial 16GB (2 x 8GB) 204-Pin SODIMM DDR3 PC3-12800 Memory in my iMac Core i3 3.06 21.5-Inch (Mid-2010) instead of 8GB Kit (2 x 4GB) DDR3 PC3-10600 Memory which is recommended on crucial.com

 

I currently have 2 x 2GB in use, 2 available (my machine has 4 memory slots), each of which accepts a 1333 MHz DDR3 memory module

 

I do lots of HD video and photos
