Q: Iphone 6 and apple apps

I had heard that apple apps like Pages, Numbers come pr-installed in I phone 6 - 64 GB and free to download on I phone 6 - 16 GB . However i find no option for free download.

Using Iphone 6 Gold 16 GB

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3
