Jun 22, 2015 10:16 AM in response to ttulioby guibmacario,Yes there is, but only if she made a backup of it. Check trough the shortcut "ctrl + ," and then click on device's preferences tab. You'll see an box with all backups and if you drag your mouse on the top of it, will show you the IMEI and Serial N° of the device.

Only if the phone is known to iTunes running on a computer. If it was never associated to such an installation, won't work.

iTunes menu > Preferences > Devices > backups listed.
