Jun 17, 2015 8:35 PM in response to gvt1388by LarryHN,For me I see no point in any of these - my Apple supplied charger sits on my bedside table with my iPhone charge cable - when I go to bet I set my watch on the charger and plug the lighting cable into my phone and go to sleep - get up in the morning and put the watch on and unplug the phone - works great for me with no extra expense at all

Jun 22, 2015 9:36 AM in response to gvt1388by needleman_mark,i had a Twelve South HiRise but had to to return it - it looks like a nice stand but it comes in 2 parts and you have to assemble - that wouldnt be so bad except the screw you use to fasten the 2 ections together is about 1/32 (or less) of an inch - and maybe im clumsy but I spent about an hour and couldnt get the screw to fasten into the hole - if it had come pre-asembled i would have kept it because it looks really nice

Jun 22, 2015 10:32 AM in response to gvt1388by bludisc,I have 3 silver twelve south docks for the family's i phones so to me the twelve south for apple watch was a no brainer. I was about to order but since finding out watch OS2 has night stand the watch needs to be in landscape instead of portrait mode. I now can't order until i know this can be supported as these docks are excellent but not cheap.

Jun 24, 2015 7:16 PM in response to gvt1388by needleman_mark,I Just got my Hellonomad Apple watch stand delivered. It does seem to be able to charge the watch in both vertical and horizontal positions so it should work with the alarm clock mode in watch OS 2

Jun 28, 2015 12:15 PM in response to gvt1388by Sandra Foster,I have the TwelveSouth in black. It was fiddly to put together, but it's very nice in use — no scooting across my bedside table or anything. It's designed to be used with the watch in its usual vertical orientation, but I experimented with putting my watch on the stand in the horizontal position, in case I'll want to use the nightstand feature at some point, and it does work that way, too.
