If you backup through iCloud you can connect to any computer. You can then get your iPhone running again and restore your data from a recent backup.
If you don't have access to a computer make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support. Be sure to back up your device before taking or sending it to Apple.
