Jun 24, 2015 11:57 PM in response to aashidby D.Cohen,Try using another charger and if the problem remains, visit your local Apple Store to get help as this may be a hardware issue connected with your phone.
However, I think you only have a faulty charger that needs to be replaced with a new one.
Hope this helps!

I have Apple I phone 5C (white) , I am facing some issue in USB cable of the charger . It is not working properly .
When I connect the charger to the phone , it is charging alternatively.
sometimes its charging , sometimes its not .
kindly provide solution for the same.
The first thing you should do is examine the charging port with a strong light and a magnifier. Look for any lint or other debris that may have gotten lodged in the port. Use a non-metalic tool (toothpick, perhaps), to remove anything you find. Try charging again.
