I/We don't know what model of Macbook pro you have or the OS or any other stuff, so we can't help you a lot.

you could try any one of the following. zap the pram, shut down your machine, hold down the Apple+Option+P+R keys and reboot while holding down these keys. hold them down for 3 chimes then let go

reset the smu/PMC.  Shut down macbook pro.  make sure power adapter is plugged in .  press shift, control, option, power keys at same time. release keys and reboot

you may have picked up some adware or other nasty stuff such as CleanMyMac or Macbook. grab a copy of adwaremedic and run that. More info about how to get rid of that can be found here or apple's support section for Macbook pro's.

Get more Ram.  depending on the model number and/or year you can have up to 16 gigs of ram in there, which could help

Run Activity monitor to find out what program is hogging system resources and shut it down

    Reboot and reset your router.

    that's all I have

There is a key on your keyboard with "Caps Lock" written on it. Yours may be stuck. See if you can toggle it off.

Supplying useful information about your system will help people to assist you. You have provided nothing that would allow anyone to suggest anything, except this: you should NOT download any apps that claim to "clean" your Mac. They are at best unnecessary and at worst, harmful.
