Q: Error 1415 (Suggested solutions don't work)

I have an i{Pod Nano 6th gen and it used to be my mothers and she used a mac. I have tried restoring it so i can use it but it just keeps saying "The iPod "iPod" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1415). It then gives me the option to go to an apple support page which none of the solutions on it have worked for me. I have Window Vista Business and iTunes 12.1.2.27.
